Introduction

HUAZHONG HZ-Ag45Cpossesses the lowest brazing temperature of the BAg filler metal, allowing it to flow most freely, into narrow clearance capillary joints. Suitable for work in tight spaces. It’s narrow melting range is appropriate for rapid or slow methods of heating. This filler metal contains cadmium. 

Applications

HZ-Ag45C is used for joining most ferrous and non-ferrous metals except aluminum and magnesium. It has good brazing properties and is suitable either for properties and is suitable either for pre-placement in the joint or for manual feeding into the joint. Although lap joints generally are used, but joints may be used if requirements are less stringent. Joint clearances of 0.025 to 0.13mm are recommended for proper capillary action.

Solidus: 607°C

Liquidus:618°C

Brazing Temp.:618-760°C
